Imagine being Donald Trump’s caddie! I want you to close your eyes for a moment and really visualise that you are the caddie of Donald J Trump. You might have heard that Trump is an infamous golf cheat. Hells bells, a respected sport’s journalist wrote a whole book on the topic. Trump pretends that he has won the club championship of many of the golf courses and clubs that he owns. His minders erect plaques on the clubhouse walls to honour these fake achievements. During play on the course in matchplay situations, it is his caddie who surreptitiously drops golf balls when Trump has hit his ball into a penalty area or cannot find his golf ball.
Trump The Golf Cheat & His Caddie
Donald Trump, even as President of the United States, spends about 30% of his time on the golf course. He professes to love the game. Golf, for those who don’t know, is a sporting activity intrinsically dependent upon the integrity of the players. It is not like football or all the other team sports, where winning is everything no matter how you get there. Golfers, even those playing for million dollar prize moneys, regularly self-report transgressions made on the golf course during play. There is no other sport like it in modern day terms of professional sport. Returning to being Donald Trump’s caddie, knowing all this stuff, put yourself in his shoes. You are an accessory to serial cheating, which contravenes the rules of golf.

Cheating At Golf
I can guess that some readers are thinking to themselves – but, yeah, imagine how much Trump is paying you as this compromised caddie! Thus, for some it comes down to how much you value your own integrity in the greater scheme of things. Individuals who work for criminals, perhaps accountants and lawyers, are in this situation constantly. They become, via their association with criminals, complicit in these crimes. They facilitate and enable them by their skill set. The humble caddie in this particular example is breaking the most serious rules of golf. If you are a golfer, you will know that cheating like this destroys the entire premise of the game of golf. You cannot play with or against golf cheats, there is no point, it makes the whole exercise pointless. It begs the question; how can Donald Trump profess to love the game of golf if he cheats at it?
Cheating At What You Profess To Love
Men and women, who say they love their spouses, also, cheat on them in many cases. Serial philanderers are not unknown, but for most, adultery is usually a more uncommon occurrence within the duration of their marriages. Comparing golf and intimate relationships, like marriage, may offend some, but there are parallels. Regular golfers, will know, that there are more bad days than good on the golf course, in terms of scores. Perhaps, when viewing marriage through the lens of intense sexual congress the same analogy could be made, which is what often leads people to stray. The grass is always greener, kind of thing. Donald Trump has had many marriages and far more sexual encounters with others over his many years on planet earth. Perhaps, his love of golf is predicated on having everything always on his own terms. Real golfers know that this not what golf, according to the rules, actually offers.
Dirty Rotten Doings By Donald Trump’s Caddie
Back to Donald Trump’s caddie. How would you feel about yourself in this position? Once you have digested whatever your payoff is to maintain this questionable behaviour, as we all do. Human beings adjust to their new circumstances pretty quickly, I find. Of course, there is no guarantee that rich men are as generous as you might hope. Trump maybe getting this crooked caddie behaviour on the cheap. Who knows really? You are dropping golf balls for your master, as instructed, in contravention of the rules of golf. You are actively cheating other players out of their right and opportunity to win a contest. I see other parallels here with other Trump regime enablers, like masked ICE agents beating up on their fellow and sister Americans. Shooting a minister of religion in the head with pepper bullets. Killing illegal immigrants in the process and, often, mistaking American citizens just because they might have brown skin. You know illegal immigration is a misdemeanour, it is not a felony under US law. Yet, hard working folk are being treated like they are major criminals and terrorists in a blatant misuse of state power. It is ugly, just like Trump and his dirty rotten caddie doing the wrong thing by the game of golf.
