These words said by Martin Luther King Jnr encapsulate the age old battle between courage and fear. Pauline Hanson spreads a hateful message based upon the fear of others. Those flag wearing marchers, claiming to be for Australia, are in actual fact against the very ethos of this nation. We are a country built upon immigration. Indeed, all of humanity are immigrants at one time or another. Let us choose the courage of welcome toward our brothers and sisters, wherever they may hail from. Rise up and embrace the weary traveller and refugee, rather than treat them badly out of fear.
Rich Men, Oligarchs & Billionaires Have Gamed The System
The truth of the matter is that the challenges we face are not to be laid at the feet of immigrants, but rather at the rich men who are stealing our lunch. Oligarchs and billionaires run our economy to the detriment of the working men and women. Our governments have failed in their duty to protect competition in markets. The ACCC and ASIC have woefully allowed mergers and takeovers to reduce markets to duopolies and monopolies in most cases. Capitalism does not work for consumers and workers without competition. We have a rigged system inspired by the Americans, who have gamed the rules to produce massive multinational corporations, obscenely overpaid CEOs and high share prices. Our central bank, the RBA funded right wing think tanks for decades downunder. These intellectual influencers promoted neoliberalism and anti-unionism to the detriment of our societies and nation. The result has been a huge growth in inequity between rich and poor over the last 30 years.

Profiteers Want To Make Money Out Of Misery
America exports inflation to the world – that is an economic fact. The US$ has for the longest time bucked all challenges due to its global dominance. The Trump regime is messing with that status, but rising global inflation can still be pinned on the tail of that donkey. Australian businesses copy the Americans wherever they can. We import their CEOs and get our MBAs from their business schools. Aussie politicians, especially on the Right, likewise follow America around like the kid brother at the fair. The leering Tony Abbott sought to privatise our higher education sector when he was briefly in power. The Libs have long wished to eradicate Medicare downunder, but Aussies love their universal free healthcare. Profiteering types want to make money out of misery, as they do in the United States. Right wing politicians play the race card and demonise the immigrant. Australia let us choose the courage of welcome instead.
Australia Is Great Mate!
Australia is not a small town with a red headed, racist fish and chip shop owner spraying hate about like vinegar. We are a modern multicultural nation with a population of more than 27 million. All those One Nation voters in regional areas and in the outer suburbs get with the 21C programme folks. Those politicians selling you their vision of the past, as a viable future, are playing you for the fool. We aint never going back to something that never really existed anyway. Golden ages are malarkey and balderdash. The great majority of Australians who live in our large coastal cities get on pretty well together. Tolerance and acceptance are the buzzwords of the nation in reality. Prophets of hate run our country down for their own power seeking interests. March for Australia is neo-Nazi right wing activism and not some innocent homegrown expression. Australia is great mate!
“Colin Hay tells right wing racists hands off my song. The song in question is “A Land Downunder” by Men At Work, which has become a defacto national anthem. Xenophobic antiimmigration marches have been organised by white supremacists and far right groups in the hope of dividing the nation. They have been using Colin Hay’s song and wrapping themselves in the Aussie flag as well. This creepy right wing activist behaviour disparages our national identity and dirties our flag with their narrow minded bullshit. Colin Hay says the Land Downunder was built on immigration. Behind the unAustralian anti-immigration rhetoric are wealthy right wing individuals, like the businessman behind Advance Australia. Ultimately for them it is about gaining power in which to profit, the culture wars and Xenophobia are smokescreens. All right wing parties in Australia are backed by mining interests and other corporates that see an advantage in having their ‘putting profit first’ kind of politicians in power.”
