You know, when dealing with a narcissist it is often hard for ordinary people to realise the depths of their ego driven behaviour. Why Trump wants Greenland? To garnish his own legacy with the largest territory to be added to the United States in a very long time. It is pure egoism. It is not about national security or mineral rights. The US already has had military bases on Greenland for decades and closed many of them. US mining companies are welcome to explore and mine on Greenland, and very few are doing so. No, Greenland is a vanity project for a very old man who only thinks about himself.
Trump Gamed The Political System
This is where the world finds itself, having to deal with an out of control narcissist, who has gamed the political system. America has let down the world via its lousy failure of checks and balances in the political power system. GOP congress members are too afraid to speak up because they will lose their seats to MAGA or AIPAC aligned candidates. The primaries have been rigged by Trump and Israeli money. American voters are so morally bankrupt they elected a known convicted felon and sexual abuser to the office of President of the United States. They did this in preference to a coloured woman. This tells you a lot about this country.
Ego Drives Trump To Take Greenland
Why Trump wants Greenland? So, the rest of us are left having to ponder upon such questions in the 21C. The world looks on in horror at the shit that Trump is doing over there. ICE murdering a mother of 3, who was unarmed and merely protesting at all these heavily armed, masked paramilitaries in her streets. 2200 ICE agents are in Minneapolis. Trump has put troops on the streets of American cities. Authoritarians telling a once proudly democratic people what to do at the point of a gun. This is the shit that 76 million Americans voted in. I do blame Donald J Trump for being such a vile scumbag of a human being. But this is America’s fault, as they knew what Trump was and is. This is on your head America.
Trump The Real American
Americans are all about self-aggrandisement and personal ambition. You see it everywhere you look on both sides of the aisle. They don’t care about anything but themselves. They have had it good for too long and things are about to change. Their economy has been exporting inflation for decades. $38 trillion in debt and they just print more money. The dollarisation of the global economy is over. International investors are leaving the US bond market in droves. US corporations use accounting tricks to avoid paying tax in the places they do business. Profit shifting to tax havens. The Apples, Googles, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft and Uber have done lots of damage to the bottom lines of nations globally. Big Tech monopolies have ripped out billions from local economies and pay bugger all tax. Trump is probably a more accurate representation of Americans – in all his ugliness and rampant greed.
Why Trump wants Greenland? It will be his really big snow globe. His legacy to America.
