Populism of the Far Right variety is not some natural occurrence or trend happening at the moment. It is an artificially fed and funded campaign coming from the United States and billionaire money. Reform in the UK and its various eco system components like GB News have received around 200 million pounds over the last 5 years from US and overseas sources. Billionaires funding the Far Right. The social media echo chamber with hugely popular accounts on X and Facebook promoting these populist themes are not UK based accounts but can be traced back to America. Mining the politics of grievance is being done with a military like precision and strategy.

One Nation Funded By Billionaire Money
One Nation in Australia, whilst not at that level of orchestration yet, is being funded by billionaires with strong links to President Donald Trump. Gina Rinehart, of course, is the most high profile of these oligarchs funding this nascent Far Right movement. What we have observed over the last 5-10 years is the enforced push further to the Right for conservatives in Australia. The Liberal Party has largely self-destructed and its vote is being cannibalised by One Nation. The last attempt by the Libs to move back to the Centre Right under a female leader failed from pressure from the manosphere inspired elements within. Former leaders like Tony Abbott now align themselves with One Nation. Pauline Hanson is a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump. The extremist regime in the US under Trump is running a white supremacist agenda riddled with corruption on a scale never seen before. Trump’s war with Iran has pushed up prices on diesel and petrol globally. This has begun the high inflation cycle in Australia, as we are dependent upon diesel trucks to transport our essential goods around the nation. The billionaires are enriching themselves on steroids thanks to Trump and his economic and geopolitical policies.
White Supremacy Lives In Regional Australia
One Nation voters are like MAGA downunder, in that they are largely found in regional and outer suburban areas. These white folk are predominately non-university educated and many did not finish high school. They lap up the Far Right blame game demonising immigrants, refugees and other minorities. Punching down is easier than taking on the big end of town, where the real grift takes place. We saw these types marching in our cities wrapped in national flags, as if they have some God given right to appropriate the Australian flag. Racists and white supremacists running a political agenda funded by billionaires and oligarchs. I would say beware of where your protest vote takes you, as Americans have found out following Trump’s return to power. A vote for One Nation is a tick of approval for Donald Trump.
“Location — strongest outside inner metro areas. One Nation’s vote is noticeably stronger in regional/rural and outer-metropolitan electorates. These are the places with smaller shares of university graduates and where Labor’s campaigning resources (and booth presence) are often weaker.
Education — concentrated among non-university voters. The move to One Nation is most pronounced among voters who didn’t complete university — in particular those with only school or TAFE-level qualifications. Put together, age + region + non-university education is the “sweet spot” for the One Nation surge.”
Voter Beware
Wake up to the fact that these movements are orchestrated and hardly spontaneous occurrences. Billionaires and powerful people want authoritarian governments to keep you in line. They know that social cohesion is fraying as folk realise that the wealth inequality is no accident. Neoliberalism brought us to this point of extreme inequity and that was a product of the Right. Now, the Right has shifted to the Far Right to control you by force and Big Tech surveillance. Trumpism, Reform UK and One Nation are all of a kind. It has been revealed that social media influencers on the Right in America are being paid by the White House and their proxies to promote Trumpism. None of this movement is natural it is a manipulation of social media by vested interests. The corruption exhibited by the Trump family is without parallel in modern times, as they reap crypto rewards in the billions. Pauline Hanson loves Donald Trump and sings his praises – these people have no scruples whatsoever. Be careful what you wish for and where your protest vote takes you. America regrets Trump 2.0.

This is no accident, of course, as many of these things are actively imported by local parties wishing to profit from their uptake downunder. Why copying America is bad for Australia. Examples of this include: neoliberalism, the gig economy, the fast food sector, Big Tech monopolies and the manosphere. President Donald Trump dominates the global news with his succession of tariffs and now, wars inflating economies detrimentally. Trump leads the right wing party known as the Republican Party or the GOP. Republicans have long been the party of conservatism and were once considered the better economic managers than their rivals. This has all changed under Trump, as his MAGA base took over via primaries and imposed the politics of grievance protesting against wokeness and anything vaguely considered progressive. Trump hates renewable energies like wind and solar.”
