JJ Spaun wins Valero Texas Open to become the ninth first time victor on the PGA tour this year. Looking and named more like a villain in some bad ass movie, JJ outplayed a lot of higher profile players in this tournament. He played the better golf on the final day, putting everything in, when he had to. Spaun pitched in a few times throughout the championship to shoot 13 under and post a winning score. Diminutive in size but with plenty of game to conquer a challenging golf course JJ got the job done when it mattered most.

Every now and then, seemingly from out of nowhere I experience socket rocket shanking shame. For those in the dark about this golfing condition par horrendous, it is when the golf ball goes hard right instead of straight ahead. Most usually encountered with a wedge in your hands this is as a result of the hosel hitting the ball. Obviously it is a bad strike, as most of the face misses the golf ball. My old golf pro used to tell me that it was only millimetres away from being a perfect shot. Unfortunately, nearly is never good enough in golf; and he was probably just trying to help me feel better about the situation.

The Importance Of Developing A Solid Technique In Golf

One of the clearest challenges in golf I personally find in relation to the mental game is what is going through my mind during the round at key moments. By this I mean we play golf over 18 holes for around 4 to 5 hours and at various times my head makes no sense in golfing terms. It may be standing over a putt or on the tee with club in hand and suddenly there are no constructive thoughts to accompany the production of my stroke. Why is this so? I mean for the majority of these situations I have the appropriate stuff upstairs to make things happen. The importance of developing a solid technique in golf stand out in these moments.

Uppity women talking about sexual harassment and such like make their viewer’s blood boil – which is the whole idea for Fox. Getting their audience riled up keeps eyeballs on them and advertising rates going up for their revenue.Popularizing Poisonous Issues For Political GainThe politics of grievance is all about popularizing these causes for the benefit of candidates and the party. The party promoting these grievances doesn’t need positive policies. They just bang on about how the other side is to blame for the problem.
