3 Reasons Why Jesus Christ Is Really A Fiction

Even if there had been an actual historical person who became known as Jesus Christ, what millions of people around the world worship today bears little resemblance to the supposed tenets of this religious being. 3 reasons why Jesus Christ is really a fiction. Jesus Christ and Christianity have become a loose brand, rather than any exacting religious authority/movement. There has rarely been an entity as flexible and malleable as the Christian God and his associates. The Roman Catholic Church remains one of the main religious authorities but do not be too quick to discount the Orthodox Christian Church.

A Trio Of Reasons Why Jesus Christ Is More Fiction Than Fact

When you have at your centre an invisible supernatural entity it makes it easy to loosely fit your brand name requirements to would be believers and holders of the faith. In reality, every single individual has their own definition of who Jesus Christ is or was and what Christianity means. Pinning the tail on this two thousand year old donkey is largely hit and miss on this basis. Moving this lens out to capture the view of larger groups of Christ devotees, we see further examples of this one size fits all Christian clothing strategy. 3 reasons why Jesus Christ is really a fiction.

An Invented Jesus Christ Serves The Purposes Of Racists

Let us take a look at Christian Nationalism in MAGA America today. Now, historically, if Jesus Christ existed at all he did not have blue eyes or white skin. Yet in so many European and Anglo-settler communities he is depicted in this way. These ‘so-called’ Christian churches, often, operate in racially segregated communities, which means they do not systematically welcome African Americans. How is this aligned with what is in the Gospels? The southern churches in the USA during the time of slavery prior to 1866 had slave owning whites worshipping in their Christian churches. Indeed, for one hundred years after this the Black Codes and Jim Crow continued on apartheid until the Civil Rights movement broke through to begin to change things.

Warped Religiosity

The religiosity of folk via Christianity tends to be adapted to suit their purpose. The Christian canon contains an Old and New Testament. Christian Nationalist pastors like to pull out scripture from the earlier Jewish times to justify their unchristian behaviour toward human beings of different racial groups and other determining factors. It is as if they don’t like the progressiveness of the Gospels and their messiah Jesus Christ. ‘That Jesus fella is too liberal for my tastes!’

Backward Behaviour

This backwardness toward a patriarchal tribalism diminishes women and denies half a millennia of the Enlightenment. This simplistic retrograde behaviour to want to live in racially segregated communities is why much of America is not great. The best of Christianity promoted living in harmony with people of all races and inclinations. It is the grab for power and screwing over your neighbour that destroys the love and tolerance the world actually requires from its  inhabitants. 3 reasons why Jesus Christ is really a fiction.

Personally, I do not think there was ever an historical figure named Jesus Christ or Jesus of Nazareth. However, the best of this human invented religiosity has had some civilizing and positive effects upon humanity. Once again, I would emphasis it is those that seek to gain power of others who cause all the problems. The Trump’s and Putin’s who pollute the world with their vileness and hurt millions of innocent folk around them. I would gratefully see these men taken out with the trash, permanently.

“Archaeological evidence of Jesus does not exist.

There is no definitive physical or archaeological evidence of the existence of Jesus. “There’s nothing conclusive, nor would I expect there to be,” Mykytiuk says. “Peasants don’t normally leave an archaeological trail.” “

“Do you find reading a bit of a pain? Looking up those big words that you don’t understand? Do you prefer to have everything done for you? Well, it will cost you in the end. Your brain, if you don’t use it, you will lose its keen functionality. Before you know it dementia will be on your doorstep and all those years of taking the easy option will come back and bite you on the bum. Exercise your brain to keep it fit and game ready. Read to expand your knowledge and mind. The importance of exercising your brain for mental health cannot be overestimated.”
